Applications are invited from Indian nationals for PhD (Tech) / PhD Fellowships in the areas of Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering / Metallurgical Engineering, and / or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering / Metallurgical Engineering from AICTE recognized institute with a minimum of 60% marks may apply for PhD (Tech) program. Candidates may preferentially have a valid GATE score. Candidates with only Bachelor’s degree shall be considered for the Integrated PhD degree program.
Master's Degree in Science (MSc) in Chemistry / Chemical Sciences / Mathematics / Physics with more than 60% marks from recognized institution may also apply for PhD program.

The selection of the candidate will be on the basis of merit only. Candidates will have to appear for a written test in the candidate's field of specialization on October 24, 2011 at 11.00 am. Candidates with minimum 60% score in the written test will be eligible for personal interviews by a panel of experts.
