Commonwealth Scholarships tenable at Makerere University pursuing Master level course in Uganda are offered to Indian nationals residing in India.
Subject-Field (a) Crop Science (2 Scholarships)(b) Statistics & Applied Science (2 Scholarship)
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in the subject or allied fields with minimum 60% marks. Duration: 2 years. Age: Below 35 years as on 31st July
Value: (a) Air travel to Uganda and back after completion of study.(b) Out of pocket allowance, tuition fees. Accommodation would be given by Uganda Government.(c) Other terms would be same as commonly offered by other Commonwealth countries (Please note that no members of the family are allowed to accompany the scholar).
